This thesis have researched acute toxicity of four kinds of ocean micro alga contaminated by four kinds of surface-active agent, have got the conclusion that the ranking of toxici'ty of the four kinds of surface active agent is 'Ninol > ABS > JFC > op-10', and the ranking of ability to bear of the four kinds of ocean micro alga is 'P.subcordiformis (Wille)Hazen. > C.radiatus Ehrenb > Chlorella Pacifica > C.carterae (Braar.et Fagerl.) Beaar.And have initially researched the cause of toxicity by the surface-active agent to ocean micro-alga, found that the key point is cell membranes. Attacked by surface active agent, ocean micro-alga will be change their coloring matter for photosynthesis under the contamination of surface active agent, to result much phaeophytin-a.In addition, have assayed the surface property of the four kinds of surface-active agent. The result illustrated that JFC is the best surface active agent, for it has good surface property, good biology degradation property and low biological toxicity.
