After lots of investigation of the internal and external slag detection technology and data analysis, the dissertation brings forward Ladle-Tundish slag detection method using vibration measurements and analyzes the characteristic of the molten steel vibration signal. According to the characteristic the method of slag characteristic parameter identification is brought out. The method of the signal processing includes Time analysis, Frequency analysis and the Wavelet analysis. Based on the thesis, The software of slag detection using vibration measurements is developed. And the method of slag detection using vibration measurements is proved true and achieves the preconcerting aim.The dissertation includes seven chapters and the contents are as follow:In chapter 1, the conception of slag detection technology is elaborated, then the survey of the development of the slag detection technology domestically and abroad is given. In the following, The Ladle-Tundish slag detection using vibration measurements is brought out. And the research background and main points of the dissertation is introduced.In chapter 2, safe casting and the composing of bearing structure is introduced. And the vibration mathematical model of bearing structure is brought out. At the same time, the main factor influencing the vibration is discussed.In chapter 3, the time and frequency method of vibration signal processing is brought out. And using these method the slag characteristic parameter is brought out.In chapter 4, the general principle of Wavelet is introduced. And the advantage of Wavelet in slag vibration signal processing is discussed.In chapter 5, the Wavelet method of vibration signal processing is brought out.
