Automatic Beverage Making Machine is a high-tech exhibition. It was Developed by special technology such as mechanism, pneumatics, computer control etc. Automatic technology is its kernel technology. The main purpose of making the product is to demonstrate correlative technology to the public, especially youngsters. The article brings forward a set of design and realization projects by analyzing the exhibition environment, the required function and other special requirements of the product.According to the usage of Automatic Drink Beverage Product Line, the paper first analyzed and established a whole set of ideas which ensured that the producing system has real producing ability as well as simple structure, strong interest and interactive operation.Based on the whole plan of the system, the mechanisms of transmission and operation system was developed. In order to satisfy the exhibit ability of the system, many special methods of showing import structures and motorial forms were used. And a pivotal part of the system is particularly introduced in this article.Designed the control system. A third-level control model was adopted and the driving system was composed of pneumatic and electronic parts.For the purpose of convenience of the spectators and administrators, a set of computer software system was developed using Visual Basic program language and communication technology to control and manage the Product Line. The software has two subprograms. One is client software which is for the spectator, the other is serve software that works for administrator.Communication between computer and programmable controller plays a very import role in the control system of Product Line. In order to ensurethat the communication is correct and continuous, this paper specially introduced the hardware, the theory and method of communication between computer and programmable controller. The paper also discussed and analyzed the reason of the communicational problem as well as introduced the ways to reduce communicational mistakes by improve software self-diagnose and remove function.
