This paper has explored the optimal technical condition of polysaccharides and polyphenols from Sargassum ,the spectific Sargassum species in weiZhouDao,BeiHai,GuangXi.The polysaccharides was examined for screening bioactivity with immunopharmacological experiments.and polyphenols was examined for screening the antimicrobial activity in vitro.Parti. Studies on the extraction of polysaccharides from sargassum and its immunopharmacological experimentsIt took two minutes to pretreat with the Sargassum with the Colloid milling, in order to break the cell wall ,then extracting lOh at 80"C,filtrating .certrifuging .condensing .depositing the sulphated polysaccharides with alohol ,and finally vacuum drying at 40'C.The extraction rate of polysaccharides was 11.82%.In immunopharmacology experiment ,we found that it can increase the weight of the spleen of mice significantly ( PO.05), when the dose of polysaccharides reached 200mg/kg.d , 400mg/kg.d and 600mg/kg.d; It could increase the weight of the lymphonodi axillares significantly, multiplicate macrophage, take shape the lymphond nodule , strengthen the phagocytosis of monocytle-macrophages and increase the index of phagocytic( a ) significantly( PO.05),when the dose of polysaccharides was 400mg/kg.d , 600mg/kg.d; It will increase the weight of the liver of mise significantly, when the dose of polysaccharides was 600mg/kg.d .Part 2 . Studies on the extraction isolation and content deterimination of polyphenols from sargassum and its antimicrobial activity examinationConsidering the different concentration of alcohol,different volumes of alcohol and extraction time may influence extraction yield of polyphenols from Sargassum.The experiment results showed that the best extractive method was extracting 2h with 40ml 65% alcohol, and the content of polyphenols from Sargasswn was 7.777 %o. The polyphenols were examined for screening the antimicrobial activity in vitro ,It was found that polypheols were significant against Salmonella ,the second was ,but had no significantly effect on Bacillus Subtilised had no effect on Staphylococcus aurells at all ,when the concentration of polypheols is 140.055 u g/sheet.
