In this paper, for the bonding between the sling screw-thread-based and composite hull basedon the underwater weapon composite, the bonding structure design, process design andleakproof technology between the load-bearing metal parts and composite hull are studied.With the further investigation on tensile test of the sling screw-thread-based the commontechnology of bonding between load-bearing metal parts and composite hull is obtained,which establishes the experiment and theory base for the technology of underwater anddeepwater weapon in China .In terms of the bonding characters of underwater weapon composite, the main study andconclusions are as the followings.(l)The optimization method of composite adhesion for the present of a certain torpedo isestablished.The selection of structure adhesion for underwater weapon composite should take account forits aging resistance, service environment, loading state and process requirements while theaging resistance in sea and by its process properties is considered for the sea-proof sealant.(2) The reasonable bonding joint between load-bearing metal parts and composite for the present of a certain torpedo is decided to achieve the ideal bonding and leakproof.The FEM analysis for the three structures of sling screw-thread-based, namely the circle, rectangle and that with strengthen plate, and the tensile test for sling screw-thread-based in torpedo body show, that the bonding with strengthen FRP plate between load-bearing metal parts and FRP hull with hatch can reduce the stress concentration and significantly decline the local stress in FRP hull with hatch. This structure can also be used in the similar produces.(3) The effects of parameters for bonding process on the adhesive strength and leakproof are discussed, such as the bonding interface reduce, bonding surface treatment, match of adhesive surface , protect for adhesive seam and so on.
