There are two parts in this paper. The first part is that the research about the corn straw is diverted by microbe and the utilization of infrared spectrum infrared technique (1ST) in the course which the corn straw is diverted by microbe; the second part is that researchers of thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC) measurements techniques in mild fruit and vegetable tin by microbe.The first part has mainly studied on the utilization of 1ST about the analysis on the Biochemistry Process which the corn straw is diverted by microbe. The 1ST can observe the change of functional group in main substance and bas inferred the diverted course by microbe in the composition of main substance in corn straw so that the mechanism which the corn straw is diverted by microbe would be revealed and the data about which the course of diverted corn straw is controlled would be given.The second part has deterred the wild fruit and vegetable tin food which is contaminated by microbe and compared it with the microbe culture check method, microbe check method with microscope and pH check method. The result showed that TLC (Thin-layer Chromatography) could quickly get the accurate result in two hours. But the microbe check method needs the sspecial work condition (28 ,6d),microbe cheek methodwith microscope and pH check method needs special apparatus. TLC method is suitable quick and cheap method, which measures s the growth of microbe in the wild fruitand vegetable tin.
