A Study Of The Numerical Control System Of Key-processing Technical Facilites

On the basis of the development of fieldbus in automatically control domain, cooperating with General Hardware co., LTD ( Japan ), the paper introduces the technical numerical control system which is used to process key of Q18 and RK lock. First, the paper presents the mechanism design project of the numerical control system. Then, the archetypal control system is designed, which measures up manufacture demands. The system takes PLC as the processing center and makes use of PLC's pulse export function to realize the orientation controls of High-speed and precision. At last, on the basis of the development of the technical key-processing numerical control system, analyzing the characteristics and key-technologies of PROFIBUS, and taking singlechip as core, the numerical control system based on PROFIBUS is designed. Each control project and its realization of the technical key-processing numerical control system is studied and designed in depth in this paper. Also, designing method is discussed about PROFIBUS-DP interface.
