On the strips line of Chengdu cigarette factory of china,watering system of tobacco leaf moistening machine is design to satisfy with request of the old craft of strips。It has already use many years,now it has already existed equipments aged,craft of produce has fall behind,efficiency of produce has low etc。Along with factory has request to craft of strips more and more higher, it has already could not satisfy with current craft request,influenced on the quantity of strips。The factory has carried it on a modern technical alteration in"15" periods, made it reach the demand of modern production。This thesis mainly aim at this technologic alteration,it objects on this technologic alteration of watering system of tobacco leaf moistening machine to research。It is research that it base on research on the technique of field bus and the technique of PLC control,application of products of Rockwell automatic of the United States,the technique of field bus control system and the software technique that it from the device to managing floor to carry out this control system。The main contents have:1. The research of the control net structure:structure of control net adopts fildbus。The whole control system divides into two parts:The central control and each remote control station。The system adopts the DeviceNet,ControlNet and the Ethernet structure to communicate and collects data。Each of the digital signals and the analog signals in production line through I/O module to the DeviceNet(the equipments net), then DeviceNet transmit the signals to each main controller。Each main controller adopts Logix5555 processor of Rockwell automatic which it has conjunct of the Ethernet,completes the first floor I/O operation and manages the system etc。Controllers communication and transmitting various data through the ControlNet and the Ethernet,so it ensure the central control to get various data in product。The central control uses software which it configure the equipments to complete supervision of data and human-machine interface,as well as embed the advanced arithmetic。2. The research of watering system of tobacco leaf moistening machine adopt PID control:The processor uses the PID instruction of the Logix5555 processor to carry out close loop control of watering system,makes value of watering equal to the set point(SP)。The processor calculates value of meter belt to get deviation(E) that it is practical value(PV) deviate SP of watering system。The processor uses the PID instruction to get output signal and then send it to the control valve。In the meantime,we can adjust the PID control with chang Kp,Ki,Kd。3.The research of usage of the system software:The system software running on the platform of Windows NT Workstation 4.0。The data area of the Logix5555 processor includes the information that it can be get by first floor and the target data that it need to be control。Through drive of the network communication and the service software--RSLinx,the software that it base on the platform of Windows NT can communicate to PLC and peripheral equipment。Using the software of ladder diagram--RSLogix5000 to program the Logix5563 processor。The RSView32 carries on configure the system and provides the supervision and human-machine interface。This control system carries out automatically control of watering system of tobacco leaf moistening machine and monitoring it timely。watering system of tobacco leaf moistening machine satisfies with the request of production at the present day。...
