Unevenness is a common problem we often encounter. Now neutral electrolytes , surfactants are used to solve the problem. But for some dyes, the effects of neutral electrolytes on uniformity dyeing is not efficient and surfactants cannot be biological degradation. The auxiliary P -cyclodextrin hasn't the problems. With 3 -cyclodextrin, the rate of dyeing is slower distinctly and moreover, it is easy to biological degradation. It is a green auxiliary suitable for most of dyes. It is cheap. Many means such as infrared spectra , nuclear magnetic resonance spectra , thermogravimetry .. X-ray diffraction , ultraviolet and visible specta are used to investigate the inclusion formation of P -cyclodextrin with Cationic Brilliant red 5GN , Cationic yellow X-6G . The models of inclusion complexes are proposed . Ultraviolet and visible specta indicades that P -cyclodextrin can form inclusion complexes with most of dyes. Binding constants at different temperatures are calculated on the basis of the changes of absorbance at the maximum wavelength and of the concentration of 3 -cyclodextrin. The relation among constants , the structure of dyes and the temperature is analysised. As an auxiliary, it has been used to the dyeing of cationic dyes and the acid dyes. For most of dyes, P -cyclodextrin can protract dyeing and improve migration percent .It is an effective ,green and environment protectional level-dyeing agent.
