Chromatography is common accepted as the best method for separation of mixed compounds.Many other anamorphosis methods have derived from it from the beginning.Most of the compounds can be separated using that method. But with the development of the nature products,the request to chromatography keeps higher and higher.The limitation comes into sight.The output of some unstable compounds is rather low;the enrichment of some little content is hard using that method.We advance the theory of multi-complex chromatography to break through the limitation.In this paper,we just discuss the theory of one-complex with the guidance of the theory of multi-complex chromatography and evaluate its application by experiment.According to the theory of multi-complex chromatography,the mixed compounds are separated according to the different stability of the complex compounds.There are two factors that influnce the separation of the complex chromatography,the central ion and the mobile phase.The central ion is the most important factor.The space arms are the assistant factor to separation.The mobile phase can promote the separation.A good mobile phase can shorten the separation time and low the depletion of solvent.Other factors such as temperation,ion intensity,pH can also change the effect.In the experiment,we find that many nature compounds can form complex with a central ion.Using that method can get better effect compared with other chromatography methods.lt can protect the unstable compounds.Low depletion of solvent makes low pollution,which makes it adapted to environment protection and industrialization.
