Study On Preparation Technology Of Nutrient-Type Foliar Fertilizer Specified For Tea

In order to further improve the utilization ration of foliar fertilizer, to reduce its transportation costs and improve its economic benefit, we have researched the preparation technology of foliar fertilizer with emphasis on its two important aspects, wetting and concentrating.According to research concentration technique of foliar fertilizer by two kinds of processes, some factors having effects on concentration multiple are studied, such as acidity, complex species, and their concentration. Their relation curves are obtained. And these can direct the preparation of foliar fertilizer.By measuring the surface tension of foliar fertilizers containing various surfactants, the relation curves between the surface tensions and the concentration of surfactants are obtained. These can provide theoretic and experimental basis for the selection of surfactants during preparing foliar fertilizers.Based on the experiments and the theories above, the nutrient-type foliar fertilizer specified for tea is prepared, and the economic analysis is made. The results show that the nutrient-type foliar fertilizer specified for tea comes up to the enterprise standard, and that it has significant economic and environmental benefits.
