The lack of medium and trace nutrients has become a limiting factor for crop productivity in farmland, and mineral malnutrition has a significant negative impact on human, social, and economic productivity.Because of the negative effects of abiotic stresses, such as low availability of water, extreme temperature, high p H and high salinity on nutrient availability, the supply of root nutrients in arid and saline land is limited; The availability of certain trace nutrients in soil is also influenced by other elements. Moreover, there is a lack of complex elements in many soils in China, and the lack of trace elements in the soil will further lead to a lack of nutrients in crops, affecting their growth and development.Leaf fertilization is an important tool for sustainable crop production management, which can control the application of nutrients during specific periods of plant growth.Providing nutrients through leaf fertilization is a good strategy, which is more efficient, targeted, and environmentally friendly than soil fertilization. It is very important to prepare composite foliar fertilizers with good solubility, dispersibility, and high nutrient content that address the above issues. Therefore, this study focuses on the composite foliar fertilizer prepared by combining three different forms of calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc(ionic, chelated, and nano states),and screens them. Finally, the selected composite foliar fertilizer is applied to peanut plants for effectiveness verification, exploring its impact on nutrient absorption and anti leaching effects of peanut plants. The main research findings are as follows:(1)The preparation and screening experiments of medium and trace element composite foliar fertilizers showed that two types of medium and trace element composite foliar fertilizers were ultimately selected from 27 types of medium and trace element composite foliar fertilizers, namely composite foliar fertilizer:Zn SO4·7H2O+Nano-Fe3O4+Mg-EDTA+Ca(NO32·4H2O,and composite foliar fertilizer:Nano-Zn O+Nano-Fe3O4+Mg-EDTA+Ca(NO32·4H2O,with contact angles of115.7°and 121.6°,and surface tensions of 42.0 m N/m and 41.9 m N/m,respectively,the adhesion energies are 23.8 m N/m and 20.0 m N/m,respectively.Based on medium and trace element composite leaf fertilizers, three medium and trace element composite leaf fertilizers and two trace element composite leaf fertilizers were prepared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in contact angle and adhesion work between each composite leaf fertilizer.(2)The results of the nutrient absorption effect experiment on peanuts indicate that for the compound foliar fertilizer of medium and trace elements, the compound foliar fertilizer of medium and trace elements has a certain promoting effect on the growth and nutrient absorption of peanut plants.Compared with the CK2 control treatment, the T1 and T2 treatments increased plant height by 54.5%and 88.0%,root length by 26.9%and 27.7%,fresh weight of new leaves by 29.2%and48.0%,calcium content of new leaves by 63.4%and 48.4%,magnesium content by 31.8%and33.0%,iron content by 313%and 185%,and zinc content by 240%and 200%,respectively.For medium and trace element compound foliar fertilizers:T1 treatment,T2 treatment, and T3treatment of medium element compound foliar fertilizers can all improve the absorption of calcium and magnesium nutrients by peanut plants.Compared with the CK2 control treatment,T1,T2,and T3 treatments increased the calcium content of new leaves by 208%to 463%,and the magnesium content by 148%to 165%.The composite foliar fertilizer with trace elements can promote the absorption of iron and zinc by peanut plants.Compared with the CK1 control treatment, the iron content in the new leaves of peanut plants treated with T4 and T5 increased by 567%and 6.93%,respectively,and the zinc content increased by 62.1%and 38.3%,respectively.(3)The results of the experiment on the anti leaching effect of compound foliar fertilizer with medium and trace elements on peanut leaves showed that spraying compound foliar fertilizer could increase the attachment amount of calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc nutrients in peanut leaves. The calcium attachment amount in peanut leaves treated with T1 and T2 was 478%and 1045%higher than that of T3 treated with single ionic calcium fertilizer, respectively; The amount of iron element attachment in T2 treated leaves increased by 3.50%compared to T5 treated leaves; The amount of zinc element attachment in T2 treated leaves increased by 11.8%compared to T6 treated leaves.Spraying compound foliar fertilizers with trace elements has a good anti leaching effect.
