With the improvement of our living standard, boxing liquid milk already become an important consumer goods. But the method to check their quality are just old opened testing. These are not only bring huge waste but easy happen leak and mistaken. So it is an urgent need task for produce and sell liquid milk to develop a new effective unopened method.Through the study of physics, chemistry and rheological characteristic of boxing liquid milk, put forward a new point that use viscosity target check the quality of milk and developed testing device by vibration.First, analyze the rheological characteristic of liquid milk then confirm that viscosity target can be checked by vibration. According machine vibration theory builds a model and through a great deal of experiment to make sure the best plan. Through simulation, study the effect that damp to response, then establish the method to calculate damp coefficient. This offers theoretic basis for later work.Second, according with the concept of virtual instrument, using Lab VIEW developed the software for data collecting, data processing, show testing result and make up the report on ordinary computer, which make up of integrate testing software system. The system not only can test on line but can analyze the testing data off line. It is impossible for ordinary device.Finally, based on system mechanics model, develop a testing device. Though a great deal of study experiment, developing the configuration of system and the function of testing software. Then make sure the configuration of device.According to contrasting experiment, the accuracy of device already reach the request of oversea devices. The achievement fills internal blank. It is important to the dairy produce industry to test the quality and the selling industry to test the preserve time limit.
