Studies On Alkyl Oxophosphonic Acid Derivatives: Studies On α-(Trifluoromethyl Substituted Phenoxy Acetoxy) Alkyl Phosphonates And 1, 4-benzoyloxy Alkyl O, O-diethyl Phosphonates

The superior bioactivity of fluorides have received more attention in the recent years. In order to find new phosphonates with better herbicidal activity ,the trifluoromethyl was introduced to the a -oxophosphonates, and a new kinf of a -(3-trifiuoromethyl phenoxy acetoxy) alkyl phosphonates were synthesized.Their structure is characterized by the following:In addition, the research trend of herbicidal bisphosphonic acid derivatives were reviewed including their structure, bioactivity and mechanism .And a new series of bisphosphonic acid derivatives analogues were synthesized. Their structure is characterized by the following:The reaction conditions and synthesis method of every kind of compounds were studied. The molecular structures of all compounds were proved by IR/H NMR, MS. I a-j and II a-j were tested for herbicidal activity ,regulating activity and fungicidal activity .most of I a-j and II a-j exhibited notable herbicidal activity at a higher concentration and regulatory activity at a lower concentration, and some of them also showed fungicidal activity .The herbicidal activity of series IIIa-g were tested .Some of them showed good herbicidal activity.
