Research On Reaseonable Structures Of Blast Furnace Burden Design At JISCO

By compared and analysed structures of blast furnace burdens at various periods at Jisco with constant optism and practice, A comparatively reasonable structures of burdens of blast furnace has been worked out based on large number of product data and metallurgical situations at Jisco with reference to structures of burdens inside and outside our country.This investigation is conducted at sinter combination of different basicity around 1.75 under conditions of raw materials at Jisco,the results indicate that it is comparatively good at basicity of 1.75 among sinters with high basicity; it is also good to use the structure of burdens of 60%-65% sintered ores at R=1.75+35%(+)peIIets at R=0.35 as well as 5%-7% rich ores metallurgical features of this structure are superior to the others with reduced ratios of coke to iron and increased ratios of injection coal to coke and achieved a better economic efficiency.
