Design And Implementation Of The New No.2 Blast Furnace Automatic Control System Of Tonghua Iron And Steel

With the adjustment of national industrial policy,upgrading of the enterprise,refer to advanced equipment and technology,the realization of large-scale equipments development,is to promote the technical progress of ironmaking production,achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,the effective measures to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise market.The new No.2 blast furnace of Tonghua iron and steel shift to high levels of large-scale production,improve the economic benefit,achieve economies of scale,promote the sustainable development to have the important meaning of tisco.In this paper,with the new No.2 blast furnace of Tonghua iron and steel project as the research background,according to the requirements of the blast furnace feeding and blast furnace top distributing automatic control,designed the new no.2 blast furnace steel automatic control system.First of all,according to the demand of the blast furnace ironmaking technology and requirements of the control system,the design program development.To selection and configuration for the automatic control equipment of the blast furnace automatic control system,design of the general structure and the network architecture of control system,the feeding control system and blast furnace top distributing control system carried out a detailed design of blast furnace.According to the control process of the blast furnace feeding and blast furnace top distributing,combining with the control conditions of the control system hardware,to design the system control function,complete the design and debugging of control program by programming configuration software,the successful application in the actual production process,the blast furnace feeding and the blast furnace top distributing can be automatically controlled.Since put into operation,this project can meet the control requirements of blast furnace ironmaking production process,the system runs stably and reliable.Verified in this paper,the design is successful and effective.
