| The cause and process and control method are analyzed about profiles quality in this article. Modern mill control profiles technique are sum up according to experience about WISCO hot rolling plate production and technique reform at Kazakhstan's Karmet hot rolling mill. Mathematics model are established for strip temperature, elasticity out of shape, material out of shape, crown, flatness. They are main cause of control profiles. It is analyzed and describes in great detail what machinery equipment and hydraulic transmission system and computer control system. It is established what system model of profiles control according to aforementioned experience. This thesis will help people to raise technique of control profiles and quality of hot strip steel.
