Furthermore,in the resPect of the design of electroporesis coating and auxiliary system, this paPergives some views about the technology process of electrophoresis vessel, circular syStemof sollltion in vessel, ultra-filt fation system, power system, cleaning system afterelectfophoresis system, RO pure water producing system and heating stove strucfore. Atthe mean time, the effects of differeni technological pararneters on the electrophoresislI=coating, such as pH value of solution in vessel, conductivity temPeramre, voltage, timeand film thickness, are stUdied. And the optimal technologic parameters are obtained.In addition, the feasibility fOr wasteWaer disposal is discussed. A solution is developedusing shwting wasteWater of product line, chemical coagulation and precipitation, thetreated Wnde Water can reach the standard of disposal.According tO both the results of experimenta research and the experience of othercounries for reference, the electrOphoresis coating process is developed.
