With the raPid develoPment of transPort,the number of cars and motorcycles increase dramaticly in some cities.So vehicle exhaust is a significant increase,esPecially in such small motorcycle exhaust emission attracted great attention.The relevant data indicate that automobile exhaust pollution has become the "first killer".This is the largest sources of pollution in the large and medium-sized cities.Pollutants has two forms in exhaust,that is gas phase and solid phase.The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is carcinogenic.These pollutants have become an increasing public hot issues of the environment on the quality of atmospheric environment,as well as the impact on human health.At present,the automobile exhaust have an impact on the human body which is largely confined to the study of the epidemiology of clinical research.Whereas it is rarely reported in the literature that how motorcycle exhaust have the impact on organization morphology.60 male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,experimental group 1(ordinary motorcycle exhaust) and experimental group 2(minitype motorcycle exhaust).In this experiment,we put them to death after four weeks of poisoning time.Then we took jejunum,trachea,lung,kidney,spleen and testicle out,and did tissue slice to observe the changes of their structure by microscopic digital image analysis processing system,and mensurated the content of hemoglobin by sahli's colorimetry.Then we researched the effect of some organic tectology from mice which had been polluted by motorcycle exhaust.Moreover,we explored the effect of tectology from people.So this will provide a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for a comprehensive study of the impact on human health by motorcycle exhaust.The results indicated that:1.After one week,the weight of experimental group 2 significantly reduced than the control group;there was no significant difference between the experimental groups,but the experimental group 1 slightly less than the control group.Although there were no significant differencebetween the experimental groups,the weight of experimental group 2 slightly less than the experimental group 1(P<0.05).The quantity of drinking(7.1±0.6 and 6.6±0.6)and eating(5.5±0.5 and 5.2±0.6)in experimental group were significantly lower than in control group[(7.7±0.5)and(7.0±0.7)](P<0.05).2.In experimental group,the small intestine villi of the jejunum became shorter,with loose, irregular,even present the phenomenon of crack tip.The absorption cell showed a more loose and messy,or even atrophy.Striated border appeared the phenomenon of exfoliatement.In particular,the pathological changes of experimental group 2 was significantly larger than experimental group 1.3.The submucosa of the tracheal and cartilage tissue appeared the phenomenon of atrophy in experimental groups.Epithelial cells arranged loosely.The ciliated columnar cells appeared detached and incomplete mucosal layer.There are a lot of tracheal foreign body in the tracheal cavity.In particular in the experimental group 2,epithelial occured the phenomenon of metaplasia,that is,false stratified columnar epithelium changed squamous epithelium.The lung's all levels of bronchia in experimental groups appeared shrinked mucous membrane epithelial cells,falling cilia.Alveolar tube,alveolar sac and alveolus also occurred in some degree of damage,and even accompanied by hyperemia and hemorrhage.4.In experimental group,glomerular occurred hyaline degeneration and fibrosis.Some renal tubular(proximal tubule and distal convoluted tubule) appeared atrophy,significantly the tracheal cavity changed narrow.Interstitial connective tissue appeared the phenomenon of hyperplasia.Some of the glomerular appeared compensatory hypertrophy,and some renal tubular appeared compensatory expansion.The effect of renal tissue structure in experimental group 2 showed more serious.5.In experimental group,the envelope of the spleen and splenic lymphonodules arranged loosely,splenic cord anastomose unconspicuous,barely observed the central artery.Obviously the distribution of red marrow become loose,white marrow central artery wall thickening and antrum stenosis.Experimental group 2 showed more seriously.The haemachrome quantity(14.55±0.30)of the experimental groups was significantly lower than the control group.(13.43±0.35和13.38±0.36)(P<0.05)6.The Leydig cells of mice become blurred or even disappear in experimental groups.At all levels seminiferous epithelium cells in seminiferous tubules and the puantity of sperm in luminal all were reduced,while appeared a series of pathological changes,such as a large number of abnormal sperm.The extent of testicular damage in experimental group 2 was higher than the experimental group 1.Conclusion:Motorcycle exhaust on the mouse respiratory system,urogenital system, digestive system and so have a pathological impact,particularly in the organization to produce a more significant morphological changes,these changes as well as the occurrence of many related diseases may be created.
