| In the 90's of 20th, Micro-Total Chemical Analytical Systems((TAS), a new analytical chemical technique, was proposed, which down-scaled and integrated pump, valve, liquid conduit, mixer, sample separation, detection and electronic circuit in analytical chemical processing. In several square centimeter chip, completing total analytical process is The ultimate aim of (TAS. Low consumption of sample and reagent, high efficiency and on-line. At present, Miniaturized of capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography have been realized, but concept of (TAS has not been realized fully for limit of micromachining technique, some units have not been integrated in chip, and some fields will be researched ulteriorly.Microfluid flow behavior in microconduit was analyzed based on theory of miniaturizing, advantage and practicability were discussed in terms of theory of chromatography. Fluid kinetic parameters were analyzed by dimension analysis and similarity theory. Dispersion and mixture were argued with pressure driven-flow and electroosmosis driven-flow, under pressure driven-flow, it was advantageous of dispersion and mixture for blend and spiral conduits. Under electroosmosis driven-flow, uniformly narrow channels were better. The methods of fabricating Lucite chemical chip were researched, and techniques of fabricating microconduits and sealing were obtained. two dimensional and three dimensional Lucite chemical chip were fabricated with the technique. the results of chemiluminescence detection for standard samples showed that Lucite chemical chip had good performance. Fluid mixture experiments argued some theory results.Sulfhydryl Cotton was prepared and toxic heavy metal ions in environment samples were separated and riched. Optimum conditions of Luminol-KMnO4-Pb2+ and Luminol-H2O2-Pb2+ chemiluminescence reaction and flow parameters in microchip were determined. Organlead and lead ion of environment waters were measured. tetraethyl lead was determined inderictly by conversion of chemical reaction, and compared with AAS, the results were satisfying. The study was helpful for speciation analysis of metal elements and biochemistry samples analysis. |
