The Study Of Cutting Features Of BT20 Titanium Alloy

In this paper the metallograph of BT20 titanium alloy is analyzed . On the basis of establishing dual planar cutting model and cutting equation,by determining the cutting characteristic and transmutation coefficient,analyzing the rigidity of technical system in frequency chart,researching the mechanism of wear and damage,the thesis draws a conclusion of cutting BT20 titanium alloy .After selecting of the cutter material the reasonable geometry parameter the best cutting dosage,the new type cutter of end face milling is designed .Changing the condition of importing cutters and establishing the basis of cutting theory of BT20 titanium alloy.
