In the accordance with the situation that YB3180H gear bobbing machine often brings about severe and leads to lower efficiency when it processes the bigger modulus gears. This paper analyzes the several step modality by the way to using the pulse driven force, determines the vulnerable spot of the machine, builds up three-dimensional-finite-element model of gear-hobbing machine and analyzes systematically several step modality of machine with the aid of the software ANSYS, corrects and builds up more accurate finite-element model by comparing the result between the test and theory.This paper also analyzes the modality under the actual constraint factors, gets several step modality, deformation and strain under this condition, in the process of practical cutting, provides theoretical bases for improving the stability of the machine, lessoning the vibration in the generation process.
