This paper stuy YK3110-CNC gear hobbing machine. Combination of modulardesign theory and finite element analysis,Analysis of the machine tool structure ofthe static and dynamic performance based on modular design. Optimized designaccording to the results of the analysis on the bed. Related research results have beenachieved.1、According to "modular design" principles proposed a general study of NCmachine tool based on modular design method. And NC gear hobbing machine, forexample on the implementation process of the modular design of the machine.2、Using ANSYS WorkBench software to analysis of the static and dynamiccharacteristics of the bed. By static analysis finds that materials used for bed tooconservative, have greater optimization of allowance through dynamic analysis findsthat bed had a resonance at the first-order fixed frequency is448.9HZ, bed structurestherefore need to be improved to avoid resonance.3、Using topology optimization of HyperWorks optimization analysis softwareon the bed, the optimization results show that: first fixed frequency than the originalbed by44.4%to avoid resonance region, but also bed quality than reducing20.5kg.Eventually its fixed frequency increase and optimization of lightweight target.4、Combination of FEA technique by axial feeding system die on error analysisof positioning error, check for accuracy and repeatability error of axial positioningerror. Also, analysis of axial compressive stiffness of screw feed system changes,provided a theoretical basis for hobbing error compensation of machine tools.5、Analysis of axial static and dynamic characteristics of feeding system, anddiscuss the interface of modeling methods. Analysis shows: axial feeding systemswhen subjected to axial direction axial harmonic force amplitude of maximum,maximum displacement is3.79×102mm, the direction of the weakest link for thefeed system.Through this research, improve the performance of CNC gear hobbing machine,CNC hobbing machine designed and manufactured to provide the theoretical basis.
