The system can on-line measure axis tile of electricity temperature, axis tile of decelerate, transfer temperature and oil pressure which can influence equipment working state, at the same time, the system can measure process parameters of F1-F6 rolling speed, rolling current, rolling voltage and tiny adjust quantity.The system is of three functions: firstly, the equipments working state and product processing parameters is on-line monitored and managed, at the same time, and the systematic configuration set, data memory, signal analysis, picking state characteristic, state distinction, data management, sound and light alarm and bitmap manipulation can be finished in the system.
