With the rapid advance of science and technology, mining companies’ survival and development are facing new opportunities and challenges.In the production status of mining companies, there exists many problems such as:traditional antiquated working styles, sophisticated work flow and heavy laboring intensity. At the mean time, the flow of production data between each department doesn’t work well because of far distance, the main performance in two aspects:poor consistency and instantaneity. How to use computer technology and network technology to solve these problems effectively, enhance productivity and improve the sharing and utilization of production data, has become an urgent demand for mining companies.This thesis aims at solving the extant problems in data gathering, through the analysis of business and the study of weighing equipment, designs an effective data acquisition scheme which greatly simplifies the workflow and reduces the work intensity. At the same time, in view of the data security problems in network transmission such as:identity fraud, incomplete data and information leakage, after in-depth study of web Service and WS-Security system info, the thesis has designed and realized a secure identity authentication scheme and data signature and encryption scheme. In addition, on the basis of secure data transmission, through research and analysis of the data synchronization, the thesis has designed a real-time data synchronization system that based on intelligent polling and a benchmark data synchronization system which can effectively guarantee the data consistency. Such schemes solve the problem of Information Island and satisfy the needs of various departments for the production data.
