CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 (abbreviation CAS) system glass ceramic is one of important member in the glass ceramic clan,and is the high-grade decoration material that used popular in recent years because of its excellent performances. The factor that influences this kind of glass structure and capability is more. The erosion of refractory is a problem that universally exists at the refractory erosion,and certainly will give rise to the influence on the structure and the performance of glass in industrialize production. Studying the influence of refractory erosion on the CAS glass ceramic structure and performance can make the glass ceramic production enterprise grasp the influence level of structure and performance that occurred in different kind refractory and the influence level to the product quality,thus provides theory basis for raising the product quality.In this research,by way of the static state erosion experiment,and many kind material test means,three kinds of refractory erosions condition and the changes of CAS glass ceramic structure and performance have been discussed in detail. This paper has gained the full accurate data of large numbers,and has found out the influence level and law of different kind refractory and different erosions measuring to glass ceramic structure and performance.Concrete research content and the achievements has:(1) The paper chiefly has discussed the research present situation of the glass ceramic and the research achievements studying on influences factor to glass structure and performance,and introduced the purpose and developing of this research.(2) According to the national standard,the refractory erosion experiment in static condition has been designed,organized and put into effect.(3) The tests has used many kinds of test means such as thermal expansion apparatus,hardness measurement apparatus,scanning electricity,X's diffractionapparatus,infrared spectrum and roman spectrum apparatus to test the microstructure and macroscopic performance of the glass ceramic that the refractory has corroded .(4) Based on the result of test,find out the influence level and the law after the erosion of the white afrodite and the AZS brick on the structure and performance of CAS glass ceramic,has studied the influence to the quality of glass. Has Find that the corrosion of refractory can create the notable change of glass ceramic structure and performance,and the major influence cause is compositions such as SiO2,Al2O3 and ZrO2 etc.(5) The erosion of white afrodite and AZS all can create the raising of Tg and Tf,and making thermal expansion coefficient reduce,so,the clear course of sintering course and glass has relatively high temperature and time,certainly reduces the stoma in the glass in the level The reduction of thermal expansion coefficient signifies the reduction of equally hot stress and microstructure,and is favour of raising the heat-resisting capability of product .(6) SEM's pictures show that along with the increase of corrosion capacity,the crystal size all reduce to some extent,so can reduce the quantity of small crack in the glass .(7) The white afrodite erosion creates the reducing of glass hardness and density,AZS corrosion creates hardness to descend,but the density to raise.(8) The white afrodite and AZS all can be regarded as refractory in glass ceramic production,but in contrast,the erosion of the white afrodite is more serious,to use AZS brick as refractory has been suggested..
