In this paper, the relationship between the structure of the antifoggjng agents and properties of antifogging were studiecLand all kinds effectors about anti-fogging effecting the performance of the PE films is discussed for expecting to improve the process.It is also researched the different anti-fogging agents which are mixedIt is proved that the last anti-fogging will improve while the carbon chains increase; and hydrogenating anti-fogging agents have better endurance ability, but wetting capability decreases. Also, the existence of unsaturated lipophilic group, ring lipophilic group and the introduce of alkyl with weak hydrophilic group will reduce the effect of the last anti-fogging performance. The increasing of the thickness of films enhances the last anti-fogging performance; PE wax can dispersed the anti-fogging agents and improve the performance of anti-fogging; Active earth release the anti-fogging agents slowly but it gets the bad appearance of films; the introduce of grafted PE and EVA increase the effect of anti-fog; the introduce of fluorine surfactant can increased both the last anti-fogging and the initial anti-fogging. The mixed anti-fogging agents with different anti-fogging performance can increase both the last anti-fogging and initial anti-fogging. After the adding of the anti-fogging agents, the mechanics of the films decrease but meet with the requirement of the use.According to the relevant reference, grafting has effect on improving the performance of anti-fogging. But the relevant research is little. In this paper, it is researched on the grafting reaction and the relation between the grafting and the anti-fogging by grafting with melt extrusion for expecting to direct the process.It is proved that the amount of monomer has large effect on Gx but initiator hasn't; the introduce of AA increases Gx and MFR but decreases with the introduce of MAH; Gxisthe best when the ratio of DCP to BPO is four to one; The introduce of the electron donors increases MFR but decreases Gx There is a optimal ratio between the quantity of monomer and initiator, the graft ratio and MFR will both increase when the more second monomer is added; The introduce of BPO increases both Gxand MFR; The graft improved the wetting performance and polarity of PE Mechanics of films decrease but satisfy the requirement of the use after grafting.
