As a result of the fog forming on the packaging materials when the temperature changes inside and outside BOPP packages in the freezing process, the staffs inside the packages, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, flowers, are rotted easily. And the appearance of packages will be affected negatively and badly.Anti-fogging films have a function of changing the condensing fog on the films into tiny dispersive drips. At present, Anti-fogging BOPP films are widely used, and takes about 70% share of the market.Anti-fogging and other properties of heat-unseal BOPP are discussed in this paper, focusing on three parts listed as follows:(1) The mechanism, methods and factors of anti-fogging are discussed by using interface chemistry.(2) The anti-fogging effect of different anti-fogging addictives are analyzed and discussed on the base of property test of anti-fogging BOPP films.(3) Factors of friction, optical property and splicing property of anti-fogging BOPP films are studied.Because the foreign market heat-unseal anti-fogging film price to outdo 5000-8000 Yuan/ton compared to the ordinary OPP product, its economic efficiency is extremely considerable. Started from 2001, the home started to study the development to guard against the droplet membrane. At present, also not sees in the correlation product production and the engineering research aspect. This topic research has certain innovation, its findings to the heat-unseal anti-fogging film production, the application as well as the performan e evaluation all have the help.
