Based on the viscoplastic material unified model a FORTRAN modified damage model has been implemented in the material subroutine USERMAT() of commercial FEA software package ANSYS-6.1. Applying strain increment principle this paper presents the model of stress-strain relation including the behavior of hardening, softening, monotonic and cyclic load of material.By means of objected orientated software Delphi, a code of the material parameter regression, which is used in aforementioned model, has been developed. Reading uniaxial experimental data of material in static and cyclic loading the code can optimize the parameters between theoretical and experimental data. As an example, the material constants of rotor steel 30Cr1Mo1V is obtained with the code. A good coincidence between experimental data and theoretical simulation can be observed.In order to couple the material damage into unified model a ductile damage model is modified and is implemented in the program.
