| This article combines two fields which are laser minuteness process and parallel mechanism to put forward 3-DOF parallel platform used in the laser minuteness process system.Because of the difficulty of few DOF structure design, on the basis of reviewing the present structures, the article brings forward a new design method -function scrabbling method which is from function to structure and supplied into the structure design of this subject successfully. At last the structure stability is made an academic analysis.160 kinds of structures mentioned by the new method are optimized rapidly and effectively based on machining requirement and optimized principle. The structure optimized can be obtained and improved.The new structure is analysed theoretically, the forward solution can be made an analytic expression succinctly, favoring the numerical control interpolating and improving the capability of the numerical control system. Singular continuation possesses the remarkable characteristic. According to this characteristic, the workload of the structure singular continuation is reduced to a large extend, and structure route layout is convenienced.To the function characteristic of the parallel platform, the meaning of work space of the structure is redefined and analysed. After defined the parameters of the measure syntheses, based on the work space and machining space , the measure syntheses can be done .This measure syntheses method is concise and effective.The new structure is researched on the aspect of the entity structure, the feasible operator is choiced . At the same time the development of operator is discussed in the article, the new type U joints fitting for this structure is put forward, three kinds of models based on different work requirements are presented , moreover the entity buildings of the space models have been accomplished by means of CAD technique. |
