With the progress of the times,the machine tool industry is gradually developing in the direction of high precision,high speed,digitalization and intelligence.Traditional machine tool control systems mostly use single-chip microcomputer or PLC as the core control technology,which is far from meeting the needs of industry development,and the motion control technology that uses motion control card + grating ruler + software programming has become the development of the entire machine tool industry.Mainstream.This article uses GTS-400-PV-PCI-G PCI bus type motion control card as the control module,builds its hardware system,develops the software part of the control system with LabVIEW as the platform,and realizes the bidirectional movement of the control objectparallel drive Control of the platform.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduce the mechanism model of the parallel-driven two-way moving platform,analyze its working principle and the degree of freedom of the mechanism,carry out kinematics analysis on the parallel-driven two-way moving platform,obtain the forward and inverse solutions of the parallel drive two-way moving platform,and solve the speed Jacobian matrix;Lagrange method is used to establish the dynamics equation of the mobile platform based on the principle of virtual work;simulation software is used to verify the correctness of the kinematics and dynamics of the parallel-driven two-way mobile platform.2.Designed and completed the hardware part of the parallel drive two-way mobile platform control system.The selection of functional components was completed,and the mathematical model of the servo motor was established;the hardware circuit design of the closed-loop control system was completed with the "PC + motion control card + sensor" scheme;the vector control method was adopted to realize the parallel driving of the bidirectional mobile platform Control System.3.Designed and developed the software part of the parallel drive two-way mobile platform control system.With the help of LabVIEW software platform,the man-machine dialogue interface of the control system and the design of its various functional modules have been completed,including user login module,motion control card initialization module,single/dual axis motion module,emergency stop and graphic display module,linear and Circular interpolation module.4.On the basis of the combination of software and hardware,the designed control system was tested,verified and analyzed.The tests performed mainly include single-axis motion positioning accuracy test,trajectory motion test and zero return test.
