Cyanuric acid is a important intermediate of fine chemical engineering that is made from uric. As a basis raw material, hundreds of chemical compounds can be compose of it. Furthermore new chemical compounds are synthesized continually. Chloroisocyanuric acid is very important in chemical field. It can be used as cleanser, bleacher, disinfectant and so on. We will study principally Trichloroisoc- yanuric acid that is significant, high effect labefaction agent, coloration agent and disinfection agent. Since the middle of 1950s, it has been developed quickly, from water, hospital and other public facilities bleacher to seed disinfectant, ichthyologic controlling, chemical fabrics bleacher, wool anti-piping compound and daily-use chemical deodorizer. We will discuss production of Cyanuric acid and Tri- choroisocyanuric acid in the essay.Production Cyanuric acid from uric has tow routes: solid phase reaction and liquid phase reaction. The earlier industrialized routes are solid phase reaction that has some faults: reactant shell clinging makes it intermittent production. Liquid phase reactions that can get Cyanuric acid with higher purity and yield, but produces are very complicated after- treatment and solvent pollution. Summarized advantages and disadvantages of the two routes, we offer kettle type solid phase reaction and solve some problems of solid phase reaction. Production process of cyanuric acid can be affected by many factors, such as time, temperature, and ratio of material. The factors affect the process of Cyanuric acid together so that one of factor's changes can make difference of quality of Cyanuric acid. Unfit temperature and time produce many accessory substances. So, finding optimized process through experiment using orthogonal table is very important in my paper.Production process of Trichloroisocyanuric acid has four methods. We summarized advantages and disadvantages of them and studied the factors of effecting the process of Tyichlorooisocyanuric acid, such as methods of adding, time, temperature, pH, alkaline excess, purity of Cyanuric acid and so on, find the optimized process. During process, we control temperature, pH and reaction speed that we get a good technology. However, there are explosive gas NC13 in the production process of Trichloroisocyanuric acid, we should notice fail-safe reliability of production. There are many factors effecting NCl3, alkaline excess, purity of Cyanuric acid, salt time, temperature, pH and so on. If we think about the factors altogether, we can find optimized process conditions and get better Trichlororisocyanuric acid, at the same time, control the amount of NCl3.After we should analyze component of waste fluid that is succeed work.
