The Research Of Soft PLC Compiled System In NC110 Numerical Control System

Along with the technical development in science and technical advance in manufacturing, the numerical control system, with the higher degree in automation controls, occupy the more and more important position in manufacturing industry. Along with the compete of manufacturing industry turn worse, for strengthenning the flexility and adaptability of the numerical control system, the numerical control system has direct to the open type development.With the development of the numerical control system, machine logic, as the control kernel, is put forward to a higher request. Traditional machine logic controller are all realized by hardware, which we say hard PLC, to adapt the development of the numerical control system we put forward to use the method of the software to realizes hard PLC, which we called soft PLC. The soft PLC, adopt compiled system, is better than hard PLC which works on scan method.This research based on the NC110 numerical control system of Catch numerical control company, and write the logic program with the language SIPROM, and complete the soft PLC compiled system with C program. The compiled system includes the phrase analysis, syntax analysis, language analysis and generate target code. This paper describes SIPROM words with the regular expression and youqong automatic machine principle complete the phrase analysis. We used SLR(1) method to completes the syntax analysis. This paper leads the language of the translation the analysis the method to produce the language rule. In the stage of generate the target code, we pass to compile the machine logic source program, to generate the target code in the form of machine code. We only need to compile the machine logic source program once, and hereafter we can run target code every time. It can increase the efficiency of the procedure consumedly, and can content the real-time request better of the numerical control system.In a word, the soft PLC has got the superior that hard PLC can't compare to, which representative the trend of the open numerical control system.
