| Roller is one of the important parts and main distortion tool of rolling mill. The precision and size precision of the roller influence the quality of rolling directly. Therefore, it is the essential technology of steel rolling technology to processes satisfied roller. Along with the tendency of complication of roller processing's surface outline day by day, the multi- change of processing curve outline circular, as well as the enhancement of the roller outline precision, the tradition machining processes can not adapt to high effective, high accuracy, changeful machining request under the market condition.With the constant development of science and technology, the numerical control system is more and more good. The numerical control device is developed from enclosed architecture to open architecture gradually too. It's characteristic of high speed, high efficiency, high accuracy, high dependability and convenience of modularization, intellectualization, flexibility and integrated make it become more and more important. At present only a few countries have this numerical control automation(soft template) machining technology of the roller non- circular cross-section turning, domestic study is still in groping stage in this field, therefore, developing the numerical control automation machining research of the roller noncircular cross-section turning have important theory significance and practical value.The main achievement and conclusion of this research:(1) Designed the collectivity frame of open architecture numerical control system. Achieved the hardware designing and collocating of open architecture numerical control system of non- circular cross-section turning.(2) Thorough researched to the spindle velocity modulation system of vector frequency conversion. Chose high capability spindle motor and high resolving power feedback part, achieved detached control to rotate speed and torque of spindle, this can cooperate with feed servosystem to high precision achieve soft template technology of non-circular cross-section turning.(3) Chose permanent magnetism synchronization linear motor as fasting tool servo of non-circular cross-section turning. Feed servo control adopted PID control integrating withthe velocity and acceleration feed-forward control arithmetic, it can availably improve response precision of system and reduce servosystem follow error. (4) Established the open style numerical control system software, this control software is made by adopting modular structure and using VC++ language under the windows system. Designed data fitting module, automatic solution module, noncircular cross-section turning soft template module and PLC module and so on. In this software, has carried out the automatic machining of the roller noncircular cross-section turning and soft template of the noncircular cross-section turning.This research conclusion provided favorable theory foundation and practical data for more research of open style numerical control system of on- circular cross-section turning. |
