The corrosion behavior of fusion AZS check brick were studied, the corrosion mechanism of its were discussed further, and the factors affecting the corrosion of fusion AZS check brick in kinescope glass were analyzed, which were investigated on the basis of microstructural analysis of the corroded fusion AZS check brick produced in the Vr E E and the experiment of the corrosion of fusion AZS check brick to the CRT batching (50% check brick power + 50% CRT crushed glass). Therefore, the efficiency and value of save fuel of domestic fusion AZS check brick for the regenerator of kinescope glass tank were analysed especially by a series of calculation, and were compared with the traditional basic check bricks. The results provide a theoretic reference for improving refractories used in the regenerator of kinescope glass tank.
