A Study On Coal Injection To Blast Furnace Of Jiusteel

A study on coal injection to blast furnace of Jiusteel was carried out in present work in view of consulting the home and abroad documents; and besides, coal powder utilization state in the blast furnace and tuyere combustion condition were discussed as well while a vast amownt of coal powder was spurted into blast furnace. The concrete measures on transforming the coal suppling system, powder making system and injection system were put forward. It is ststed in outcome that coal-coke replacement ratio and coal powder utilization ratio were increase while anthracite and bituminous coal mix injection, high wind temperature, abundant oxygen, expanding the area under enter wind,raising refined material level and so on measure were taked.A good economic benefit was reached.
