Jigging coal running is primary way in the coal mine industryin our country. As the key equipment of the jiggerelectromagnetism air-valve, its working reliability affects the function of the whole machine. As the increasing demand for the quality of the refining coal and the instability of the original coal, amending the control effect of the air-valve to improve the coal running level and to realize the auto-control of the air-valve is being the study hotspot.In this thesis, taking the jigger NO.307 of the DONGPANG Coal Mine Factory in XINGTAI as the study object, research is processed that how to improve the control precision of the air-valve parameters. In the air-valve control system, the output of PLC is intermitting response. Through the analysis, choosing the best control strategy to make the control precision of the open and close time of the air-valve in 0 to 3ms and assure the real-time ofthe program and good delamination effect. In the same time, based on the qualitative analysis of the relation among the density value of the tightness and the relax period , the poriferous degree and the delamination effect, selecting the input vectors of the NN, adopting the BPN to process the real-time NN training to realize the real-time modification of the air-valve parameters. All the instructions are given out by the main control PC without maneuver work.
