As a very important part of the textile processing, printing and dyeing have a decisive role on the economic value of textiles, garments. Our country is a large textile country and the annual output of dyeing and printing products ranks among the world top, but the quality and grade of cloth lag behind the commodities of Europe and America and other developed countries, thus we still need to import a mass of various high-grade fabrics to meet the domestic demand. The main reason is that the whole technical level of domestic printing and dyeing industry is outdated. With the intensification of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the competition of printing and dyeing industry is fiercer, so we should effort to improve the information automation level of the equipment, play our advantages and strengthen the key competitiveness of products.First, this article describes the development background of printing and dyeing industry, analyses the current development trend of domestic and overseas dye jigger control system in China and abroad, it depicts the structure and working principle of dye jigger briefly, proposes the whole design scheme of the control system, mainly realizing the adjustment and control of constant linear velocity, constant tension and intelligent temperature; particularly introduces and analyzes the whole software system, including selection and design of whole mechanical drive control system,power circuit system, inverter, touch screen, PLC and various sensors. Secondly, this article describes the design of whole software system, including design of the main program of system control, subprogram preparation of various links and design of human-computer interaction interface. This article carefully analyzes the implement method of constant-linear-velocity and constant tension during the process of jig dyeing, that is, using two transducers to respectively control the speed and torque of two motors, and using integrate separate PID algorithm to adjust the speed of fabrics,building the speed control model of system to conduct the simulation run. Comparing with the control of traditional PID algorithm, the result indicates that the systemresponse time is faster when using integrate separate PID algorithm to adjust the speed, which effectively reduces the overshoot and more quickly makes the speed being stable, and then insuring the effect of dyeing. Setting the double ring tension control system for time varying and nonlinearity of tension control system, and finally realizes the constant of tension through controlling the speed of the cloth roller.Combining proportional control with PID algorithm to intelligently adjust the temperature of dye vat, and then meet the demand of dyeing.
