Fly ash is a kind of granule material by combustion, which mostly comes from the coal-firing power plant. Fly ash, owing to being discharged fields and rivers at random, affects the electrical industry greatly. Because it not only occupies large space but also pollutes the environment on which the life of people relies.At present, the utilization of fly ash focuses on the fields of construction and agriculture. The technological level and the economical benefit are poor.To better exploiting fly ash, this paper studied synthesizing zeolite by using fluidized-bed combustion fly ash through different methods, which include the home position method, the alkali molten method, the two-step method and the.. trace-water solid phase method.For the home position method, the paper used the fly ash and alkali solution directly to synthesis a series of zeolites. At the same time, using the alkali molten method and the two-step method to synthesize zeolite enriched the characteristics and breeds of zeolite.The paper studied synthesizing feasibility of using trace water solid phase method to synthesize zeolite, which may provide experimental base for environmental friendly industrialization.In addition, the paper studied synthesizing zeolite at pilot-plant-scale, and measured the performance of zeolite. It may provide experimental base for real industrial production.
