Synthesis Of Pyimisulfuron-Methyl

This paper reports the synthesis of herbicide ofprimisulfuron-methyl, the method uses 2-amino-4,6-dihydroxylpyrimidine and O-chlorobenzoic acid as the raw materials. At the same time it describes the synthesis methods of every intermediate in details. And do some attempts to synthesize these intermediates, in order to find out the mild reaction conditions, Such as: low temperature and short reaction time. During the experiment the structure of compounds which we have synthesized are identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and IR, the compounds' content is measured by GC.
