| The aryloxyphenoxy-propionate herbicide is a sort of important chiral herbicides in the late twenty years. And it played an important role in the international herbicide market because of its high efficiency, low toxicity, weed widely long time use and safety for crops. The thesis has summarized the research significance and mechanism of the chiral pesticides and chiral aryloxyphenoxy-propionate, the synthesis routes of Haloxyfop-R-methyl and 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine have also been summarized.In this paper, chiral aryloxyphenoxy-propionate herbicides Haloxyfop-R-methyl (the chemical name is (R)-methyl 2-(4-(3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yloxy) phenoxy)propanoate and intermediate 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine have been systhesized. And the optimum technological conditions such as reactant proportion, solvent, reacting temperature and reacting time, etc. have been found through a large number of tests.The method of preparing Haloxyfop-R-methyl has the features of a simple progress, mild reaction conditions, little environment pollution, and it is good for commercial process.At the same time, the chemical structures of Haloxyfop-R-methyl and 2,3-dichl--oro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine were confirmed by HPLC, IR, GC-MS and HNMR. And quantitative analyses and chiral analyses of the product by HPLC were founded. |
