China has abundant resources of tin sulphuric ore. With the disappearing of placer deposits exploited now are must belong to tin sulphuric ore. There are many types of tin sulphuric ore accompanied with many valuable minerals, thus it has high utilized, economic and academic research value.Pao Jin-Shan tin sulphuric ore is one typical ore of this kind. This kind of sulfide ore is relatively refractory and it is difficult to improve production ibexes, with high cost and low benefit. During 1988 to 2000, the per-product ability is 157.5 ton per day, primitive mineral tin grade is 1.89% and obtained 52~54% tin concentrated, with 51.06% recovery. Tin grade of 1.5% make mining and processing keep equal. There are great meaning to develop this task for the sustainable development of tin sulphuric ore and economic benefit.Results of process mineralogy study show:(1) Pao Jin-shan tin sulphuric ore has fine grain, belong to difficult processing ore. It must be grinded strictly before processing;(2) sulphide iron ore has high tin content, it is necessary to recover tin ore from this mineral.Many explorative tests on the processing have been done from the characters of this kind of ore. On the ground of these tests, full test on rough concentrate reprocessing and float ion-gravity flow sheet of different grind particles has been done. The result shows that float ion-gravity-regrinding flow sheet is effective and obtain high index, with 50.75% tin grade, 58.2% recovery from concentrate and 7.32% grade, 5.11% recovery from rich tin mineral, part of lack-middle tin mineral is obtained as well.The test result shows:(1) Concentration after grind finely, multi product configuration, regrind and reconcentratipn of sulphide iron ore, and firstly recovering tin and removing sulfide ore as possible as are available metholds to improve the grade and recovery of tin concentrate, simplify technology flowsheet and reduce production cost;(2) Intensifying the recovery of single stage concentration table is the key to concentration to concentration after grind firely and improving index. The recovery of fine tin is sure to further improve index;(3) Regrind and reconcentration of ferro-sulphur ore may recovery some tin. Research fruit successes in production and remarkably improved technicaland economic idex of ore-dressing plant. During the course of debugging, the production index showed: the grade of crude ore is-1.24%, the grade of tin concentration is 56.75%, and the recovery of tin is 62.58%. Five month after fruit application, the accumulative production index showed: crude ore contain tin is 1.16%, the grade of tin concentration is 54.71%, the recovery of tin is 56.35%. Comparing before fruit application, the grade of tin concentrate increased 2.63%, the recovery of tin increased 7.74%, and the cost of concentration decreased 5.31 Yuan pen ton in crude. It takes on preferable economic profit and social benefit.Production application shows that the fruit of test research remarkably improved technical and economic index of ore-dressing factory and obtained preferable economic profit and social benefit.We achieved certainly fruit in study of process mineralogy, study of concentration technology, concentration parameter and fruit application. It has reference and guidance rule for production technology and management of similar ore-dressing plant. Especially, concentration after grind fired exploited new eye sight and with it. People have new understand for connetion between fine grinding of sulfide ore excessive comminution and recovery.
