Copper and iron ore is an important source of copper and iron resources in China.With the rapid development of economy,the demand of copper and iron is increasing,and the development and utilization of refractory ore will be paid more and more attention.In this paper,the high oxidation rate、high combined rate of copper oxide as the object of Gejiu,to explore the comprehensive recovery of copper and iron technology,has a more important theoretical significance and practical value.The results of the study on the properties of the raw ore indicated that the copper grade of the Gejiu copper oxide ore is 1.93%,the iron grade and the content of harmful elements such as S,P and As is lower.The copper minerals in this mine mainly exist in the form of free copper oxide and copper oxide,the distribution rate is 38.74%and 56.03%respectively.The hematite ore is mainly hematite and limonite,and the distribution rate is about 82.88%;-400 mesh yield is 20.45%,mineral content is high,which belongs to the high oxidation rate high binding rate of refractory copper oxide ore with high mud content.On the basis of study of ore nature,explored the experimental study,the results showed that the strong magnetic separation,table concentration,spiral chute selection,reduction roast-low intensity magnetic separation can improve the iron grade of the iron concentrate,which has strong magnetic copper and iron recovery is relatively high,the process is easy to operate,and is the appropriate method of iron choose;As the oxidation rate and the bonding rate of copper in the mine is higher,the ore mud is more serious,and the recovery rate of copper is not high by single flotation,magnetic-floatation and gravity-flotation.Leaching can be more effective in separating copper and iron,and the heating leaching is better than the room temperature leaching,but the cost of heating leaching is higher,for this time at room temperature leaching conditions test results show that:grinding fineness to-0.074 mm accounting for 70.90%,the ratio of solid-liquid(The ratio of the quality of the ore to the volume of acid and water in the leaching system)is 1:2,the acid concentration in the slurry is 40%,and the leaching time is 3 hours.The copper leaching rate reached more than 80%,but the iron leaching rate is also high,iron loss is large,and the acid concentration is high,resulting in higher costs.Using strong magnetic iron,iron ore concentrate leaching copper test program,the original grinding to-0.074 mm accounted for 60.26%,After a rough and scavenge for strong magnetic separation,the iron concentrate with the iron grade of 51.58%,the copper grade of and the iron recovery rate of 81.74%and the copper recovery rate of up to 74.65%were obtained;The crude leaching rate of copper was 44.53%when the temperature was 70℃ the solid-liquid ratio was 1:2.5,the acid concentration in the slurry was 10%,and the leaching time was 2 hours.Leaching residue on the ore yield of 57.56%,iron grade is 53.06%,iron recovery rate is 72.54%,and can be used as iron ore.
