In this paper the inorganic-antimicrobial products have been summarized, which have already been being in market. Upon the basic mechanism of the products the inorganic powder materials are used to be developed into the antimicrobial products.At first, the common inorganic antimicrobial products are classified and contrastingly analyzed in the mechanism of sterilization. Then combined with the two main mechanisms it is putting forward the idea of compound-mechanism antimicrobial. As a result, there come the two types of nano-inorganic antimicrobials:(1) ion-sterilizing antimicrobial which utilized the sterilization function of RE and used the powder(active SiO2) as carrier.(2) compound-mechanism antimicrobial which has both the sterilization function of RE and the light-catalyzing sterilization function of nano-TiO2 whose wavelength of light-absorption has Einstein Shift because of the mix-into of RE. The wavelength has already moved into the visible-light section and the light-catalyzing ability has been greatly enhanced.In the paper the preparation process is expatiated. On the base ofavailable information the controlling conditions are determined through a lot of trial experiments, and are optimized. By which, the coming experiments are performed.Aiming at the common inorganic antimicrobials which carried with Ag, Cu and Zn, in the experiment the metal ions are carried by our inorganic powder materials, and according to their facial conditions the carrying effects are contrastingly analyzed. Then the antimicrobials are contrasted by the antimicrobial which is carrying the RE, and there comes result. The antimicrobials are analyzed by FTIR spectrum, UV-Vis, XRD, EDS, and the micro-information are obtained.In the experiments of sterilization, some kinds of products are valued by their sterilization effects. The effects of ion-antimicrobial and compound-mechanism antimicrobial are contrastingly analyzed, and the compound-mechanism is fully analyzed. According to the analysis and effects, the results accord with the premier assume. When the compound-mechanism antimicrobial is used into the dope, the outcome is good and there is no sign of colouring.
