Study And Develop On Blanking Die CAD System Based On VC

With the development of computer technique and three-dimensional graphic technique, three-dimensional design has been already inevitable tendency of CAD application. At present, my country has greatly achieved progress in CAD of blanking die, but because of these system's limitation, they can't satisfy the request for die producers and can't be used widely , either. So it is a sixty-four-dollar question to establish a suitedly practice design and product practicability CAD of blanking die. This thesis develops the CAD system of blanking die based on VC. It not only improves design efficiency and design quality; but also farther develops CAM system; This also fits in with development require of modem technique.This thesis carries through the forepart job of mould design with VC++6.0 , three-dimensional entity sculpt for components based on Pro/ENGINEER and exports two-dimensional drawing with DRAW module of Pro/ENGINEER, which is developed and runs on Windows 2000 platform. This thesis analyses the system, which applies module method , and divides the system to four modular: module for blanking part and product information inputting, graphics input adopts AutoCAD auto input and alternate input, and reads geometric and shape information of part from DXF file, which generate data files for mould die; blanking technology feasibility analysis module; module of blanking technology design, which includes module ofblanking layout, blanking force , pressure center of die, clearance of punch and die and cutting edge dimension power presses choice; module of die structure design, which realizes general parts and design nongeneral components. The blanking system sets up the export of VC++6.0 and Access2000 database in order to read general part database.Constantly testing indicates that the system runs smoothly and reliable, after the desiga.The testing indicates that the system runs smoothly and reliable , friendly interface and meets the demand.
