Vibration plastic machining process can be applied to generate plastic deformation by using regular vibration with variable amplitudes, directions, frequencies during processing. Sheet structure has been widely prospect in the micro sensor, the precision instrument, the micro machinery, while its surface quality can hardly be assured by using common processing like blanking machining for small mold clearance, big blanking force, serious wear and tear; Therefore ultrasonic vibration was applied during blanking processing to decrease blanking force and improve the quality of sheet in this paper.Aiming at constructing ultrasonic vibration assisted blanking device, including ultrasonic vibration system and blanking mold. Ultrasonic transducer has been designed basing on ultrasonic vibration theory and blanking theory and amplitude transformer has also been designed and optimized by using analytical method and finite element method. Besides, ultrasonic vibration system has been constructed. In the end, ultrasonic vibration assisted blanking was attained by combining ultrasonic vibration system with home-made blanking mold.In order to analysis the influence of ultrasonic vibration on blanking process, vibration blanking experiment has been constructed on304stainless sheet using ultrasonic vibration assisted blanking device to analysis the maximum blanking force and the quality of blanking piece under different amplitudes and blanking clearance. Results show that the ultrasonic-vibration blanking device meets the design demands, and vibration amplitude and die clearance are the key influence factor on the blanking force. Compared with the general blanking, the max blanking force decreased by34%, the proportion of euphotic zone increased by77%.
