Study On The Mechanism Of Refining Plate To Influence Of MDF Fiber Separation Quality

This article primarily researched MDF fiber separation mechanism, pertinence of different refining plate to material tree kinds and design of new refining plate from theory and experiment analysis. Firstly, it will consummate MDF fiber separation theory by using for reference of research progeny of paper making field and primarily set up math model of fiber particle's movement in refining plate and draw its movement tracks. At the same time, we use this theory to analysis and contrast four different dentations' refining plates and to validate rationality of this theory and to find the short of these refining plates. Secondly, we find pivotal factors of influence on fiber quality and the relation between different dentations' refining plates and fiber quality by experiment analysis and compare on fiber quality of same refining plate to different tree kinds and different refining plates to same tree kind. Finally, we shall design refining plate configuration aim at conifer and broadleaf by foregoing theory and experiment analysis. This not can only enrich MDF fiber separation theory but also can offer good use for reference for MDF produce practice and refining plate design, and make a good foundation for subsequent research.
