New Method Of 3D Position Measurement Based On A Position Sensitive Detector

PSD(position sensitive detector)is a new type semiconductor opt·electronicposition detector．A new 3D position measurement method based on a 2D-PSD hasbeen researched in this paper．Including:1, Analyzing the various position measuring method,the author studied the principle and application of one-dimension PSD and two-dimension PSD．2, Studying the various position measuring method,this paper has put forward a new project to measure the 3D position,in which the focusing method with a two·dimension PSD has been used to get the position information．The LEDs were focalized via the optic system,imaged on the active area of the PSD,and transformed into electricity signal．After the digital signal has been processed by the program,the 3D position information was gained．3, Studying the position measuring system,establishing the measurement model, and constructing the position detection system．The position measurement system includes the following units:the LEDs on the measuring body and the control circuit,a two-dimension PSD for the LEDs information,the PSD interface circuit to process the signal,the program for sampling and data processing and a computer．The control software was programmed with C++Builder 5．0,including data collection module,data processing module,and data display module． The elementary experiment has verified the principal and the system．4,Analyzing of error and amelioration advice has been also presented in this paper． After betterment,the position detection system Can be used in various fields． This paper has provided a new proj ect to measure the 3 D position．...
