The prepartionIn accordance with the properties of medicinal herbs and specificity of the indications of the presciription,the capsules was selected as the drug form. On the basis of these studies,combining specifity of medicinal herbs and requirements of the drug form, The optimum technical condition was ascertained that 8 times ethanol(80%) was added and decocted for 1 hour, and then 6 times ethanol(80%) was added and decocted for 0.5 hour.2 Quality StandardQuercitrin and hyperoside were indentified by TLC. For the sake of assay of Quercetin,a new high performance liquid chromatography method was developed. The average recovery rate was 98.81%, while RSD was 1.59%.
