| With the guigance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy(TCMP),PinChuan-ZhiKe capsule has been studied on pharmacy by modern scientific method. Acceding to their different solubility, the effective components in the prescription were extracted in three ways: volatile oil-extract and alcohol-extract and water-extract. Some amout of the production of PinChuan-ZhiKe capsule showed that the procedure is stable, reasonable and practical. The quality standard includes the thin layer chromatography (TLC) indentification of five Chinese herbs in the prescription and the determination of the ephedrine hydrochloridum was been assayed by double-waves TLC-scanning. The results showed that the method is sufficiently simple,sensitive and reproducible. The results of the study on preliminary stability of three bathes of PinChuan-ZhiKe capsule were stable. |
